i saw this one a couple months ago but i can't remember the name. this girl (it was a manga) got lots of plastic surgery i think she was a model and wanted to be gorgeous. she was jealous of her coworker who was naturally gorgeous and always wanted to beat her in looks. she took drugs and smoked and shit. one day a black spot appeared on her head somewhere and nobody wanted to tell her cuz she's was super obnoxious and prissy so they kept quiet. i can't remember really the name
