I've seen it on Instagram just a few images so I don't know the plot. There's this guy (that look a lot like Jean from SNK) in the hospital that is looking at this other guy who is sleeping(?) in the hospital bed. The first guy kiss him and say that they can't let him go. The pages were only black and white and the art was really good. Thanks in advance (づ￣ ³￣)づ
