No matter what Hyung and kiseon did, it was ultimately hoengjo who raped minjae. Raping is in no way an acceptable way to retaliate. Think about it. Say you think a classmate looks good and he cheats on his exam. Somehow the teacher finds out, he fails and someone spreads the rumor that you told the teacher. Then he violently rapes you but the in he process of violating you repeatedly he says that he fell in loves and he cares for you.
Just because someone else spread false rumours about you doesn't justify him raping you. And sure the people who spread the rumours aren't that great but it's not even CLOSE to the person who does the rapping.

But he was really sorry i think and if minjae accepts him or not is his decision

I can't understand why everyone dislikes hyeongjo this much ... i mean it's true, that he did something wrong (i always oppose rape), but he really regrets it and treasures minjae... he removed the blindfold (i think you call it blindfold?) And the handcuffs... furthermore you can feel that he cares for him and he probably has desires too... also minjae agreed to it, he wasn't forced to wear them ... honestly i can't bring myself to like hyung and kiseon ... i want them to be happy, but what happened to minjae was also partly their doing, so i can't understand that everybody loves kison, but hates hyeongjo (or dislike)
