It's been a long time so the details are fuzzy. Not sure if it was a josei, seinen, or shoujo, but it had mature vibes. The main lady worked for some company that... took requests? I don't think she fully understood love, or something like that. Her coworker is the guy in the picture, but I can't remember if it was a definitive romance or not. (Now that I think about it her romance might not have been between her and the coworker.) Ooh, and maybe her boss had glasses and his partner also had glasses?
