Hahaha thanks for the help but the manga is really quite old. I forgot to mention that there are times where she returns to her original age, during combat or something but just sometimes. She eventually returns to that young body again.

I've been looking for this manga for years and honestly, I've given up all hope of finding it. Supernatural, shoujo and romance are the only tags I remember about it plus that vague summary I gave you guys. Looking for a certaim manga. Can't really remember well but I think it's shoujo. I saw it a really long time ago and it's about a teenage girl who for some reason remains looking like a girl younger than 10. Sorry that it's so vague but it's about all I can remember. If I'm not wrong, it could be supernatural as well.
