You can talk to tons of native english ppl all over the place. Youtube, wattpad, twitter, tumblr, instagram, etc. Feel free to message me if you'd like (=・ω・=)

There are also some websites where you can have actual voice chat conversations with natives of other languages. You basically teach them your language and they teach you theirs. I've never tried it out myself but it sounds pretty interesting. And I'm sure you can also have normal chat conversations on these sites, plus it's more likely that the people in these chats are actually interested in learning a language and sharing their own and not just random creeps.

There are tons of them but I never tried one, so I don't really know which language learning websites are good. Just try searching for some key words like "voice chat language learning" or stuff like that and a lot of different websites should show up. Try out different ones and maybe you will find one that suits your taste :)
