sleeping pills will make you sleep, yeah, but they don't do it in a healthy way. They're as dangerous as cigarettes. Take one some random night becasue you can't sleep, then the next night you'll find yourself unable to sleep again (because the sleeping pills have the reverse effect when you wake up) and then you'll go on an endless cycle of eating them and then end up killing yourself.

Ah I just recovered from sleep problem and it was a mess ;_; I suggest you try avoiding coffee and drink more water. I always carry mints and eat them when I get dizzy and tired. Increase your fiber intake, especially if your bowel movement is affected as well. I do drink more vitamin c to increase my immune, you know just in case.
Stress is the main problem in my case. It eventually fade away but still fucked up my body system. All I could do is to embrace the stress and get healthy to cover my lack of sleep ;_;
God I am so tired but I can't sleep. I feel like my eyeballs are turning to sand. Uughh. And I gotta go and pretend to work in a few hours ╥﹏╥ booohooo
