This barely much, but from what I gathered on some stuff on instagram...
Tiny spoilers
Subin comes back late after a conversation with Hyunwoo and Hyung is very angry. The conversation has not yet been revealed by the author. Hyung warns Subin to ignore Hyunwoo and not go out like that.
The next day Subin again rejects Hyung's offer to eat dinner and says he's going to eat out with the red-haired friend. He leaves out that Hyunwoo will be there.
Subin gets really drunk and Hyung goes to pick him up (episode 31) and is shocked to find Hyunwoo there. He is really angry when he takes Subin home.
In episode 32, there is a discussion and something Subin says calms Hyung down. Hyung worries Subin will abandon him for Hyunwoo, but Subin (I don't know what he says) manages to make Hyung happy and reassured. I think they have sex after that or something.
This is all I know and it's only from instagram posts and comments by people who read the raws.

chapter 33 spoilers
Hyung admits his feelings, Subin doesn't respond but they still fuck. Afterwards in the morning Subin flees from the situation and sees Hyunwoo, Noona and her bf in a cafe. He gets extremly jealous and pissed off at the sight of seeing Hyunwoo and Noona together (completely ignores Noona's bf existence who is there too) and questions Hyunwoo's state as he expected him to be miserable and look worse. He realises that he can't forget Hyunwoo and will never love anyone as much as him. But still being angry as he is he calls Hyung to lick his wounds. #hyungdeservesbetter
I really like subin but if he end ups with that redhead I don't know jeez
well he still loves him after Hyung did everyhing for him, doesn't feel that way for Hyung and forgiving is a nice gesture, so as long as I get a Hyung spin-off I am happy. Subin andd Hyunwoo do match well.
