Looking for a manga

Hi I'm looking for a manga that's either shonen ai or yaoi. I can't remember much from it but I remember there's a guy who always can spot his class mate from afar. I can't remember if this is a second story or still part of the first but they also went sakura viewing with two other friends. The guys grandma told him a story of a monster that wants to keep the sakura trees to himself and removes the petals from the tree. The ending was very open ended and the two boys are standing across a river from each other. pls help if you know which manga I'm describing ! (=・ω・=)
