That Summer is from Comico. With an account, every 3 days, you gain a free reading ticket that allow you to read a chapter for free.
But the chapters are in korean. That's why Mystic, who translated the series from the beginning, is doing text translations (because of copyright issues, she can't upload the chapters like she did before). With them, you can read on Comico and understand what's going on, ALL FOR FREE.
