Because Killing stalking is a believable conflict. It's twisted and dark and the violence and rape and murder is not being glorified, when this manga just screw this sensitive topic. Its the same with Warehouse. Warehouse is realistic (kind of). The struggles, the hate, the rape etc. its fascinzating, but not glorifiying. But of course everybody is free to read and draw whatever they want to.

Killing Stalking actually has a good plot tho <.<. It doesn't try to make bad people look good. Sangwoo is a shit human and the Author doesn't sugar coat it or brush off his insanity in favor of forcing a fake happy ending down your throat
In KS you also don't have people raping and abusing people WITHOUT any explanation except to feed a cheap yaoi trope. There's more attention to detail, character and plot than the whole of this fast paced 5 chaptered mess with a seme who watches the guy he likes get raped and move on like that shit is normal.
It's not really a fair comparison. This is only like 5 chapters or so and the black haired guy's character is never explained. It really feels like this needed at least 5 more chapters-minimum. I can only assume he is just a bully/sadist for kicks and he will just get away with it with 0 consequence. Sangwoo trash as he is at least gets backstory and as it goes on his story will only be further delved into. Bum too. And hopefully they will be caught or at least face consequences for what they've done. (Haven't been keeping up but I'm rooting for the cop)
