No sane person would get worked up over a harmless page. Just them being overly dramatic and pms-ing.
Honestly I beat some weren't even mad it was probably mob mentality in some cases. XD
There are a lot of other yaoi panels to choose from. I think it's why most scanlating team don't use popular fandom pairings because there's too many ship wars. I in particular don't like kurotsuki because their fans would go to other pairings with Kyoto and then talk about tsuki eventhough they already have so many DJs scanlated. It's frustrating. I know you think it's no big deal. But there's so much hate on kurotsuki because of its fans who wouldn't leave other pairings alone because they think since their ship is so popular every artist should draw them. So it really hurt to see another scanlating team popularising them.
I, myself would cross out djs so I don't have to see it. And then now I do have to see it at the scanlating page. I'm not saying we don't appreciate the work, I've thanked countless of scanlating team very making my day and even donated to some because I wanted to give back. But this is the first time reading an innocent manga hurts me so. Kurotsuki is alr so popular that they are everywhere why can't it be free from here?

Maybe you should put your credits, not your recruitment page, at the front so that people can avoid the manga if they want. Just to be fair to them. I don't think you'll know how people will feel about different things especially for fandoms. It's nice and easy to tell people to get over it, but I know of people that actively avoid it because sometimes it just makes them sad. And who are those other people who don't mind such things to tell them that they shouldn't be sad when they have done much to avoid those things in the first place. So maybe you can make it easier for them to avoid it if they want to.
Let me provide a simple translation to better understand what the anon above said:

I just want to say, stop blaming the popularity of the pairing and actions of other people on the scanlating team. They have nothing to do with it.
As for the Kurootsukki recruitment page, we didn't particularly used that because we ship Kuroo and Tsukishima. We used that since the panels, bubbles, and expression of the characters are suited for it, and since it's also one of our projects, we want to make use of it. So, we didn't really think too deeply about this page we used as recruitment page since our main focus here is to recruit, not the ship.
We ship every ships as long as it's two 2D guys ramming each other.
We didn't intend to offend anyone in any way.
We are just in desperate need of help for hands who can help us.
We only want to spread the yaoi love, not hate.
It's actually saddening us to see people complaining like this over a RECRUITMENT PAGE. Our intention here was to share with everyone this beautiful one shot as we are only your simple fellow yaoi fans, but no, instead of reading comments how this author is sooo awesome, how the dicks are so yummy, and how sexy the scriptwriter is, we got arguements over a haikyuu recruiment page that we only used so we can get help to release more faster. It makes us lose our motivations, it's very disappointing, and honestly, I want to cry right now even though I didn't really did anything major for this project. Because I know how my teammates, especially our leader, worked hard for this one shot. We have a new japanese translator and this is her very first project in our team, our d*ck re-drawer did her best to draw the most beautiful dick she can, it's not a joke to clean this manga, our leader spent days to typeset this, and everyone involve, they worked hard to release this one shot, and all we wished for was for readers to love this author as much as we love her/him. It's so sad to see how the yaoi fandom has become so toxic. We're all very grateful for people who chose to look at the manga itself, not our recruitment page.
