I think both female omega "if" in a relationship cannot be pregnant, neither of them. You said female so yeah. I think female and male are still the same they are just labeled with OMEGA and ALPHA that grants them some extraordinary things like a guy gets pregnant or something.
Coz the guy got the sperm and the woman got the womb. Alpha got the sperm (if a guy, thats what i know) and Omega got the womb.
In omega, you could see that when a guy is an Omega, they have a womb that makes them enable to get pregnant.
So if you say, stated above that if both female and an omega to boot, have sex, do you think one of them could get pregnant? but they both have wombs? how is the insertion? I think they won't.
And I also thought that its still necessary to have the man's private part to conduct the impregnation part. Coz if both female how

3. If yes, how? I mean literally how? Do omegas produce semen too? (I don't know if it is called semen. what do you call it)
