Here's what I think.. remember that beach scene with the Love Doctor and Suji? Suji admitted that she feels anxious whenever she thinks about U-Un-Jung because it might mean she's gay. After sleeping with U-Un-Jung, she realizes she's only human after all, with worries, concerns, and memories of all the things that's happened to her. Nothing has changed, except she's now admitted to herself that she's into girls and that she stopped feeling anxious about it all because she's finally able to sleep with U-Un-Jung and confirm it. She said her first love was coming to an end, so it might mean she's closing a painful chapter of her life and moving on without worries. Hopefully she'll start a relationship with U-Un-Jung on a clean slate *crosses fingers*
