If you click the Now Reading button on the manga page it will notify you when updated :)

Right hand side,just before the feeds is a subscription thing.It helps me a lot,you put your email and what I did was downloaded my email app so every morning a get a notification on my phone and it shows me a list of mangas.It's useful because sometimes the manga that is shown hasn't been updated on this website.Just a little tip :)
