I prefer all the 「ん」to be romanized as "n" for consistency, but I do read it as "sempai".
Senpai since thats the proper way to pronounce it.
the way we pronounce is the same as japan, as in phonetic and sempai is definitely easier to say
Use "sempai" for the people you absolutely adore, "senpai" for the regular senpai's
Doesn't matter either way coz Senpai will never notice you.
