I don't know if its just me, but i think there is a translation error? Read the Chinese version from 77mh and the translation is suppose to be

"You are here." instead of "Here they come." ("they" seem to imply there's gonna be a gangbang and i dun like that)
then it's "Come in. Just like you wished, we have trained him (Saki) to the slave you wanted. Right? Mr.Student Body President" instead of "Join us! Check out the slave we've acquired. Isn't he cute?"
So its Nagano the one that caused Saki's situation!!!! Plot TWIST! ╮(￣▽￣)╭
