They've TECHNICALLY MET, since Taemin can see the dude's face every time r looks in the mirror. But in reality, it's impossible for Taemin to meet the guy - he died in Taemin's body and Taemin(in guy's body) was in a coma, which seems to have happened within similar time to him being hit by the truck.
