I know the feeling of frustration dear. But I don't think the policemen knew about Bum's abusive uncle. So they contacted him because he's still a family/legal guardian of Bum and also, in cases like this where someone is abused or kidnapped they needs guidance of family, but not in Bum's case though because of his uncle. It would have been better if it's someone else who will actually help him mentally, physically and emotionally. Anyways, I would agree with everything you said except this one. No hate, just my opinion.
Um I reread it and somehow, I feel like it's Bum's hallucination. Like why did his uncle showed up all of a sudden? After all this time... when he was slashed by the knife, he just awkwardly laugh and go.
I'm thinking it was a hallucination too. The second Bum got back his uncle is driving up? There's no way he could have reached Bum that fast. The whole scene was awkward and seemed out of place. There's also a lot of inconsistencies in the panels (some of them pointed out here http://yavileto.tumblr.com/post/165081528611/i-dont-analyse-chapters-so-i-dont-really-know-but). Either Koogi rushed through this chapter or it was all a hallucination.

Thanks that really helped. Now I'm more convinced it's just hallucinations and also, I think the special chapter with bkgd music foreshadows the events. The chapter itself was really too fast and also, I thought the police just drop him off and then uncle came and went. And there goes Officer again and said Sangwoo confessed. Koogi either did it fast or she didn't know how to continue it and end with theories&cliffhanger. Oh well the only thing we can do is wait for koogi to update.

Theres a part there where they explained their theory. I think it makes sense.
Could be, but it seems he didn't start imagining things until he started breathing in bleach fumes from the kitchen...Unless he was there the whole time.
Personally, I think the uncle was there, because it kept focusing on the blood that Bum didn't clean up. I think Sangwoo will get off after paying a fine for assaulting an officer, come home & see the blood & the knife, ask Bum what happened, then when the uncle returns to the house looking for Bum, & Sangwoo will tie him up in the basement & encourage Bum to kill him.
Yup even I think Bum dreamt it all and woke up only when that basterd cop arrived. Think about it... Bum was clueless as to what he'll do now. He is absolutely dependent on him and feels he cannot function without him. And so he imagines he worst that could happen: his uncle.
If Bum had 2 hallucinations in a row, it could imply that he's having a psychotic meltdown, the kind that involes randomly blacking out, & taking pills that make the voices in your head go away. I wonder how Sangwoo would deal with Bum if he progressively started losing his grip on reality.
I'm so frustrated. I want that officer to die. WTF is wrong with those police men? Why would you tell and openly abusive relative where he was? Get him Bum! I don't care what other people think, Sangwoo made him stronger. If not for him, Bum would have just surrendered to his uncle and let the abuse continue. I'm convinced that they want to try and make Bum confess due to Sangwoo's uncanny ability to manipulate situations.
