different translations....

Did anyone else noticed that there are some diff between the spanish translation and the english one? one that caught my intention was the exchange between Asami and FeiFei. In the spanish one Asami tells him * you were right those guys were after you too* while the english one is *it was right for them to keep their eyes on you* I mean they can seem not important for most of you but I think it's a small difference that can change the story. The first one implies that FeiFei is in danger too while the last one makes it look like FeiFei is just putting Asami in danger for nothing. Idk. I wonder which one is the right translation tho. My japanese is non existent .

I read it too (and there are some other 'little' differences too between the Spanish translation and the English one). Someone pointed out (in one of the past chapters) that the Spanish group has a very personal way to translate things*. Probably the English translation in more reliable.

*very personal way= not so accurate

Yes I did, and it is not the only differnce in translation. I´m dearing to say that (even if mustly of the time midara fansub translation is prettty goo) Midaras fansub translation this time was a little bit lacking. I´m traying to look into it. The part in wich asami basicly says to Fei to basicly go dei is alsoabsent on the spanish version. I think they trully wanted to get it out fast as they are short staffed and have alot of proyects only them translate.

Well they should translate from English, not japanese and be larger on staff. Little later releases, but less work for single of them and translations would be more accurate if they paid attention. English version sounds proper to me, Spanish is indeed personal

For what I know they have always translate dirrectly from japaness, and they do have something at their favour... I don´t know how but they have someone that gives them directly the raws and the clean scans so they don´t have to wait, they get them almost the same day or a day later afther the realise so that´s one point at their favour. For a while their where also the only scanlation that had viewfinder translation out fast and english seemed to be in breack or hard to find, so I followed them but yes this translation was quite personal and very summaries and not that accuerat. But I think is the only scanlation that translate viewfinder to spanish.
I speack french, spanish and english from birth and I´m learning japaness and I do have to say that english translation sound better I can´t completly say because I have no clear raws to check but I do sounds better and more accurated.

Is not always the case, but it is sometimes, I don´t know if it depends on who translated the chapter but I do know that they like to put some slags sometimes. But this is the firsth time the transation was that lacking... I always like reading both, and as spanish translation is usualy out faster I keep up with both but this time it felt more that personal, sumarrise

Fei has put Asami in danger by leading the bad guys right to him. Why would Asami say that was the right thing to do? The English trans obv correct.

The spanish translation implies that the bad guys want Fei dead too. FeiFei leading them to Asami is more of a bonus. It even seems that Asami is causing FeiFei trouble, with him coming to Hong Kong. While the english version is what you said. FeiFei puting Asami in danger because he wants to tease Asami about Aki. It kinda ruins FeiFei lol Oh well, I prefer the spanish version to be honest.

Looking at the raws, the English translation is pretty much the exact translation, so it's the right one. The Spanish one really makes no sense when you think about it.

About Fei putting Asami in danger... not really
The whole mess is Asami's fault in the first place, and it's Asami's fault they are in Hong Kong/followed Fei. So Asami should be dealing with it anyway. Sure they found Asami via Fei, so now they have both caused the other collateral damage. You could say they are even

Yes there´s part the spanish translation doesn´t makes scence, and even if it did the english one would be more complet

To be honest I feel like the bad guys where behind both of them one way or the other even if initialy they were behind Asami, what is clear is that the bad guys DID followed Fei to Asami hide out. But in the end This might just be sensei plot device to put Asami and Fei to worck together so whatever it is, we have them both kinda on the same team right now.(or atleast until they are done kicking coof coof shooting cof cof some buts.) ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
