Borough is the same thing as cities. For instance the state of New York has cities and Burroughs. The Burroughs are islands off of New York State. Like the Burroughs of Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn so on. The seme knows the uke from the past, but he wouldn't let the uke know who he was. The uke thought that if he sale his body to pay off the debt that the land will not be sold. He tried to raise money to keep the building open. The seme was going to tear down that building and put them in the new one. That is why they was told to vacate anyway. The seme did this to surprise the uke. Even though it seemed screwed up at first. We was basically seeing what the uke was seeing, so we would be as surprised at the outcome as the uke.(づ￣ ³￣)づ
Maybe I'm stupid (or maybe is because english is not my first language), but I don't understand all this borough thing. What that means? Why the seme is asking the uke to evacuate?
I thought that when Mutsuki agree to sell his body to him, the seme would let him stay in the school, but in chapter two (after they make out), Mutsuki is asking for help to keep the school open.
I didn't understand this, could someone please explain to me? Thank you so much!
