I think Lizzy knew for the "true Ciel" that's why she has been acting strange in the last chapters.
She said something about her "treasor" which was with Bravat and the other.
And maybe "true ciel" is trying to use her... I don't really know for that part :(
so we learned that our ciel is not the real ciel aaaaaand our ciel was always calling lizzy elizabeth, then he started to call her lizzy and she says they always played together but our ciel didn't play with her soooooooo I was wondering whose fiance is she now? And will the other ciel do something about it?
