I'm iffy on the tracker.
It does show some yandere things...but it could also be a fidelity thing.
It's no worse than hiring a PI to spy on your spouse to see if they are cheating.
I think Ahjussi is just insecure about his relationship. He's dating a guy who's 20 something years younger than him, and the last relationship he had (his marriage) failed because he wasn't "normal". He wants his lover to do normal things as a college student, but he also knows most "normal" college guys don't date someone 20+ years older than them. He is scared of being rejected and abandoned again.
Although I think the tracker is unreasonable, it kinda makes sense from his perspective.
Does this mean it should be there? Absolutely not. Ahjussi should just talk it out with him. It also doesn't help that the angst within the chapters has slowly been building up.
