From what I've understood from the story, Xiao Hang is like jealous or disgust believing that Yi Zi is sleeping with other guys as he saw him the night with his friends and coincidentally, Yi Zi also is pretending to know about having intercourse with the same sex but not. As you can observe with the chapter after they did it, Yi Zi said he didn't know that it hurts a lot.
This actually makes a lot of sense and I figured that out but I think there is more to the story and thank you for sharing your opinion ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
Everyone in the comments are shocked by the mothers actions while I am here wondering why Xiao hang (??) is/was treating Yi Zi cruely in the beginning of the Manhwa after everything he went through, I just hope its not because of something his father did because he shouldn't blame him for that ╥﹏╥.
guess I just have to wait for the updates (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
