Hey guys, the photo that was leaked was just Kaido hanging out with Honda.
The article only said that Kaido was hanging out with his friend, but I guess Kaido got mad that it wrote an article about his private life without his permission, which made his seniors suspect something. The reason he hid it from Honda was so that he didn't want Honda to worry.
Well, now that ch.10 is out, I hope it's more clear (●'◡'●)ﾉ
