yup. After reading chapter 9, I went back and finished reading Okosama Box...imagine my surprise when I realized it basically starts around chapter 10 of here. So that makes me feel better. But I still got teary-eyed reading chapter 10
I'm not very worried about what happens because they get back together in the end anyway because in Okosama Box it shows what happened afterwards anyway
