honestly.. that's not a shock.
there only exist 2 types of ending to a story like this:
-she's together with one she doesn't love, but goes to the one she loves toward the end
-the one she loves die, and she falls for the other one instead
at least these are the common ones, though endings where the main character keeps pretending until the end probably exist - though very few
