Dear God, who wrote this, a 5-year-old? Anyone who isn't aware of the basic rules of writing, doesn't know how to use reported speech, tenses, irregular verbs, singular/plural or even a simple spell check: Stop. Writing. Now.
You know what some one put time into this. So shut up if you don't like don't read!
lol i was thinking the same thing.
That's the point: It wasn't a good story and it wasn't well-written.
This is a great story - but very long http://archiveofourown.org/works/6469372
Thank you very much, Hol, but I will express my opinion freely and any which way I see fit. It's not rocket science you know: If people don't know the basics of the language they are writing in and if they don't know anything about how to write, then they shouldn't, well, WRITE. There is a million and one other things they can do. And there is a million and one things I am not good at. I can't draw, I can't paint. So imagine me if I start water colouring or oil paintings, plaster them all over town, have a big exhibition, expect people to rave about how great they are... And then start to bawl and pout when someone actually points out that they are absolute shit and say to them: "But, but, but... Not faiiiiiiiir!!! I puto so so much woooork and tiiiiiiiiiime into it!!!!!!!!!" So can't stand the heat? Get out of the fucking kitchen!!! If you want to write stories even though you don't have a basic grasp of your mother tongue and don't have a clue about writing? Go right ahead. But do it in the comfort of your home. Don't PUBLISH this crap and expect everyone to rave about it. Oh, and by the way: You didn't see me go to FF and leave a review, did you? I don't bother with that. But the link to this story was brought HERE. So yes, I will comment on it HERE. Also, in case you didn't know: It is clearly stated in FF's rules that stories need to meet certain quality standards in terms of structure and the quality of language that is used. I don't know if this particular option is still in place (I never go there these days), but until recently you could report a story for a different number of reasons - and one of them was if the story did NOT meet these quality guidelines. In other words: If a story wasn't structurally sound, was written in subpar English, riddled with mistakes (writing, diction, punctuation, grammar etc.) and didn't meet the required criteria, FF could and DID remove stories. In fact, they did this on a regular basis.
It is. To add some more:

The problem with singling out a story or Fanart etc on here, whether you are the Author or artist or just a fan - is that you are exposing that creation to any and all ridicule, should your chosen audience see fit.
Why should people only say nice things??? Aren't people allowed to point out our mistakes? Yes it was put bluntly - as an author of fanfic I've also had people point out things to me from my stories in an unfavourable manner, and it was infuriating and upsetting - but that is the persons right.
If we choose to put our works out there, the general public are under no obligation to like them. Furthermore, responding to rudeness with rudeness can just exacerbate the issue. ( ̄∇ ̄")
Thank you for the recs! I've heard good things about these works
Uh lala.... did someone got his period?
Uh lala.... is someone here on his period?
No, girlfriend. Someone here got an opinion. You know what's great about that? You can have it every day of the month, there are no cramps, you don't need tampons or a mooncup and you don't have to worry about wearing white jeans. Glad to be of service, darling.
All of the awesome. You are going to love them! :)
Better Amelita's Princess. Am I right?
??? I'm sorry, Setp, but you lost me there. I googled this, because "Amelita's Princess" didn't mean anything to me. It seems there was a thread about this some time ago when the trolls where around, but I didn't follow that discussion and so I don't know what it was about - or how it is meant to be related to this current discussion, sorry. If you are insinuating by any chance that I was involved in that past discussion, then no, I wasn't.
There are some awesome authors out there. There are stories that I would easily buy as DJ. Divining Infinity, for example. The story is great and the art is just mindblowing. I would pay good money to have that as a bound copy eventually.
Read this fluffy FF... https://m.fanfiction.net/s/12541968/1/My-dear-bastard-king
