yes, our ciel is the one with the weak constitution (as indicative of the circus arc where Ciel was affected by his relapsing asthma). with this information, if you read through the entire manga, you'll actually see that there is a lot of memories of the actual Ciel being present this entire time. it's actually really clever how Yana Yoboso pulled it off!

well i don't think it came completely out of nowhere, i saw hints of it in the school chapters in ciel's flashbacks. but i never though there would be two 'ciels'. thanks for clarifying!
