Btw, the author has pregnancy all wrong. First time moms don't start showing until they've been pregnant for about 6 months.

The first thing you should do when you have a problem like this is to tell and talk things with your parents.
Parents are parents, yes they will get mad because you did stupid things but they will definitely help you. I hope she realize this.
