Every omegaverse have their own version of the 'omegaverse world'. It'll be good if u read the explanations of the 'omegaverse world' at the start of every manga and not assume what u knew from other mangas can be applied here as well
Except that this manga didn't give a rules explanation for the universe it takes place in. So this was a legitimate question by the person. We will just have to wait and see how it pans out.

I've never read an omegaverse where two alphas bite an omega.. how is that gonna work I wonder.. usually if an omega gets bit he can't have sex with anyone else or it hurts, so how will this pan out...(⊙…⊙ )
