It's really confusing but there are two types of Romeo manga sold.
One is doujinshi version which is like one volume only has one or two chapters. So there are six of these published at present. These can only be purchased at doujinshi stores, but 1-4 vol. of the e-book can be bought at e book Japan. They are published by the name, 'DragoStarPlayer Romeo' but the content is the same. https://www.ebookjapan.jp/ebj/310550/volume1/
The other type is a compilation of the doujinshi version. These are sold at Amazon Japan. There are 2 volumes of these published.
The doujinshi version is published first and then the compilation version.
I haven't checked but I believe it was
Romeo1→compilation of DSP Romeo vol1-3
Romeo2→compilation of DSP Romeo vol4-5? plus side stories
I checked Asia sensei's twitter and it said that doujinshi ver. vol6 was published recently.
It says 4 volumes are out, but I can only find 2 online
