Here is a short summary: uke confesses to seme in college, seme rejects him harshly. After finding out, that uke is a top student, he starts using him to his advantage and uke accepts at first. But after listening up on a conversation that seme had with his friend, where he called uke disgusting, uke changes school/drops out. They meet at work again and even though acting pretty cocky, seme confesses his love in the end.
