Actually Hashimoto-sensei commented on that and said she's making on purpose hard to figure out who's uke and who is seme.
Akui and me have seen discussing on this too, taking as example Hashimoto's other projects
Sasai:
> got the seme looks (we're referring to the way his eyes were drawn etc)
> he's older than Natsu
> he's the cool type, barely blushes (we're calling that his stone face lol)
> on the other hand we got the scene in ch 3 where it almost looks like he's riding natsu)
Natsu:
> he's got the uke looks
> he blushes a lot (just like an uke) and gets frustrated
> he is taller than Sasai (with only a few cm... 5 or so lol. But Its hard to notice) but he is also younger
BUT WELL... we'll release chapter 7 soon and you'll see the blushing thingy... well.. it kind of gets cancelled XDD

Yeah we are gonna post the 7th chapter these days. When I asked akui the last time she was working on typesetting. That means tsuki and me will have to proof it after.
And indeed the manga is awesome. We love hashimoto's "fluffy' works and we've been dying in the last half an year because of the cliffhanger XD
