But anyways I should mention my Korean isn't the best. I'm not entirely fluent so part of my understanding of what happens in the untranslated chapters might not be entirely correct.
So this isn't in order of what happens in the story but if you looked at https://webtoon.bamtoki.com/사랑하는-소년-32.html for the raws, the 6 most recent chapters are actually a prologue to the story. It's basically Jaeha's past relationships and explains his actions and behavior towards the end of the story. So basically what happened is that he was in a relationship with his art professor in college (who actually kinda looks like Eunho but with glasses) and eventually people found out. So the prof breaks up with him and threatens to spread dirty pictures of him if he doesn't leave him alone because Jaeha still liked/loved him and couldn't understand how the prof changed his feelings so quickly. Eventually he heard the prof got married, he served his mandatory time in the army, and when he got back to school he became isolated because people still gossiped about it. Then one day at a bar he meets that one guy (I forgot his name, the friends with benefits guy) and it just shows how their physical relationship started. Jaeha told him he doesn't date men so the guy's like "what about just sex then?" During this time, I think his dad found out he's seeing a guy and hit him so he left home for a bit and stayed with the guy. (Through out the prologue there are familiar scenes and how they fit in Jaeha's timeline. Like the one where Eunho's hiding in the parking lot and found out Jaeha was gay is when he and the guy break off their relationship the first time.) Then it's how he met his ex-wife and how they got together and then they sort of spontaneously got engaged. But then someone sent pictures of him and the prof to the ex and so they go divorced. So he's back at the bar and he meets the sex friend again. Then the last part is the moment at the beginning of the story where he meets Eunho again after a long time.

And now on to the actual story..
So I didn't have the patience to read a lot of the text because the quality of the text in some of the raws isn't that great and I would've spent way too long figuring out what the words are so there a few parts that I don't go into detail about.
Ch 33-35: So after they leave Eunho's friends Jaeha tells Eunho that he has feelings for him and it makes him so happy he cries. Cue sexy time. Then at the studio they're talking about something and it leads to Jaeha thanking Eunho for helping him move on from his exwife (? not too sure about that part). So Eunho says if he's thankful then promise that Jaeha will paint a portrait of him someday *no matter what happens* (<--!!! I will never forget this, he better keep his promise).
Ch 36: Jaeha has a bad dream where his ex asks him "You did love me right? Otherwise I think I'll be really sad" then as he calls out to her Eunho shows up and asks "Did you really love me?" He wakes up and has some thoughts that I didn't read. They meet up at a cafe and have a conversation that I also didn't read. Then at his studio office, Eunho's looking around and he opens up a book and there's a picture of the Eiffel tower with a note from someone's whose initials are HJ. Eunho guesses it's from a past lover and is a bit jealous but Jaeha reassures him that it's nothing. But then later when they're sleeping Jaeha wakes up and leaves the bed. He looks at the picture and says to himself "what have you done" which Eunho hears because he's also awake.
Ch 37: The beginning scene is something from the prologue where he tells that guy he doesn't date men. And I assume he's HJ because he meets up with him and he brought the book and picture with him. They have a conversation I mostly didn't read. The parts I read, the guy HJ says Jaeha changed and Jaeha says some stuff about Eunho helping him realize stuff. They part ways and Jaeha goes to Eunho's school to wait for him and he ends up sitting next to a girl who looks like him and that's the scene the ponytail friend sees.
ch 38-40: As you can guess that girl is the ex, stuff happens and eunho and jaeha are talking and Jaeha basically admits he was jealous which makes Eunho happy and cue car sex. Then as they're laying in bed at home they talk and they have a conversation that I wish I could fully read in better quality because the stuff I read seem pretty important. They talk about what dating is and I'm not sure who said it but I think it's Eunho who says "That's basically what we're doing right now. Does that mean we're dating right now? Are we in a relationship?" Then after they kiss Jaeha asks what it was like dating that girl. Skipped some parts then Eunho to Jaeha "Have you ever gone to the wedding of your first love who you loved for over 10 years? Even though you might go crazy from jealousy you can't hate them. And after crying all night, only being able to congratulate them?" And he says some other stuff I couldn't read and Jaeha's thoughts are "What do I do. I like you so much what do I do. What do I do if I really don't want to give up." Eunho then says please get jealous more in the future and something else. And Jaeha basically says "I don't deserve your love" to which Eunho responsds "I told you not to say things like that." Then it's Eunho's thoughts which end with "I'll love you a lot more so please don't be nervous anymore."
Ch 41-42: Eunho's mom and sister show up to eat a meal at Jaeha's place (I think Eunho invited them?) and Jaeha starts to get nervous/anxious and thinks "what am I doing?" Then later Jaeha's about to take them home and he's alone with just the sister in the car and she reveals she knows that Eunho liked Jaeha since he was young and basically asks him not to lead Eunho on since Jaeha likes girls...Except he doesn't suddenly like Eunho after all these years does he? Obviously Jaeha denies it but he gets nervous again and asks if Eunho's mom knows as well. After dropping them off and having a conversation that I didn't read with just the mom Jaeha has some thoughts that I again didn't read but they are definitely not good and he throws up. Later on the phone with Eunho they have a conversation which I mostly didn't read. At some point he asks Eunho why he likes him in a self-deprecating way. At the end he asks Eunho to go travel with him (I think after his school semester ends).
CH 43-44: They make travel plans over the phone and lol the glasses friends is all "but what will two guys do on an overnight trip?" and the ponytail friend thinks "How did this punk get into this school?" Then as Eunho's packing he has some thoughts while looking at a ring! While at the studio Jaeha is looking at the sketch of himself done by Eunho. Then they go to Jeju island and at the end they have a conversation where Eunho says it feels like they ran away to a place where no one knows them but Jaeha's like "to a place like Jeju island, that's not running away." Then he says "want to run away?" but after plays it off "I just wanted to try saying that." Cue fun vacation times until Jaeha looks for something in Eunho's bag and comes across the ring. They walking through a forest then a beach. Jaeha while thinking about the ring thinks "Until we go back, I only wanted to leave you with happy memories..." Cue break up T.T
Ch 45-46: Eunho's initial response is "What are you saying? Stop what..." and Jaeha says "you know what I'm saying. I've been thinking. Before it's too late, I have to sort it out." Eunho is obviously upset and reluctant and basically says 'you invited me here because you liked me and you wanted to spend time with me. When was it that you said you liked me?' (It's kinda similar to how Jaeha reacted to the prof) So Jaeha reveals he actually planned this vacation in order to break up with him. To which Eunho's response is basically how can you do this? He leaves saying he'll pretend he didn't hear anything and when they get back home to think it over. They go back, Eunho nervously thinks, then goes to the studio to confront Jaeha. He asks what made Jaeha break up with him so Jaeha tells him there's no particular reason he just got tired of it. So Eunho calls him out for lying and asks him "Can't you rely on me a little more? Do I not mean that much to you? Thinking by yourself, deciding by yourself, getting scared by yourself and running away, do you think you'll be okay? I know the most that that kind of attitude is not good." Jaeha tries to use the same excuse but Eunho won't take it. Jaeha explains yes his feelings were real but keeping up the relationship is exhausting. Then he mentions something about his ex and I got a bit lost. And Eunho says from the time he came to the studio he decided that no matter how much Jaeha runs away he's never gonna let go of him. Which prompts Jaeha to give Eunho the sketch he did of him and tells him "From the start I never should have let you come to the studio. Take it. There's no more lessons I can teach you." Eunho doesn't want it though so he tells him he can do whatever he wants with it then leaves. The scene with Jaeha and the girl at the studio who liked Eunho is just her basically asking about Eunho and Jaeha telling her he won't be coming to the studio anymore. Cue flashbacks. When he gets home (I think he moved?), Eunho's waiting for him at the door saying he has one thing to ask him. Jaeha lets him in thinking "I can't send him away in that state" (Eunho was wet from the rain and was waiting for awhile). The question that he wanted to ask was the honest reason Jaeha broke up with him and they have a conversation I didn't really read because it was the 2nd to last chapter so all I wanted to know was if they got back together or not. At the end Eunho asks about his sketch and asks Jaeha what he did with it. If he threw it away, Eunho will not appear in front of Jaeha again and Jaeha says of course he threw it away but he says so while crying.
Ch 47: They have break-up sex. Then Eunho leaves and he's left the ring with Jaeha which he tries on when he sees it. Eunho meets up with his friends and he considers doing his mandatory army service. So his friends are like "Really?" "Why the army all of a sudden?" so he says "Just because. As an escape song." And the last picture is a notice saying the studio is closing. The last bit of text that's not part of the story says "Lover Boy part 1 end" so here's hoping for a happy second season.

Alright, OP, so I ended up coming back to see if you might have edited your post and that's when I realized your spoiler about the S1 finale wasn't explicitly stating what happened so that wasn't as bad a spoiler as I was worried about! (I've seen bits and pieces of the raws for the last chap but zero context) However, it could be enough of a spoiler for others that they're upset about it, so my only request is to please keep the whole spacing thing in mind in the future just to be on the safe side and so everyone who wants to see the spoiler can, and everyone who doesn't can avoid it. :3

Sorry if I came across as rude, btw, I totally wasn't trying to be. I just remember having a couple other manhwa's spoiled for me months before their finale's (and I was buying them every week) and I was extremely upset about it because it really killed a lot of that excited buzzing you get in anticipation for what happens next, and I couldn't ever manage to get the momentum to build that level of excitement back after that, so I just wanted to leave a request and reminder so that everyone can continue enjoying these things to the fullest! :3
