Yes HIV Aids is an epidemic but it can be passed other ways as well. My uncle died from aids back in the early 1990's, although he was gay, he got it from sharing needles. He might have loved dick, but he loved drugs more. I was too young to understand anything that was going on around me.

Look I see where you're coming from but you're wrong about a couple things here. 1. It already is an epidemic. They're not trying to stop an outbreak because the outbreak has been there and present throughout the population for a VERY long time. 2. The lgbtq+ community (mainly men) is not the largest holding demographic for aids because they make up 13% of the aids population and sex workers + partners is a total of 16% and no I'm not saying rich dudes preying on the young concubine I'm saying poor middle class citizens who sleep with even poorer prostitutes. 3. It is not logical because the logical thing to do would be to say "stop sleeping with prostitutes" so this is not a logical decision but a hate crime against gays because they used this to outlaw homosexuality
