I second Gintama. But it gets serious and sad towards the end.

I fecommend you daily lives of high school boys. It was very funny at least to me and I find it refreshing.

Kill la Kill. Not only is it funny, but it has a great (albeit, crazy) story and characters. I highly recommend it.
