Don't worry, whenever I read a manhua, I can't help but compare them to kpop idols or celebrities I know of too, so you're not alone in this.

Hahaha exactly! Especially if they have unique names, that have become associated largely with the idols.

Yup, I know how you feel. I just can't help, but compare the two or I come to realize how much that name is generally used among the Korean community. No of fence, but they generally have name if you actually try looking at the real names of each idol, so when someone talks about them, I get them manga mixed with someone else with same name. Of course they have real names and not just stage names. I do know the real names of all idols I stan, and in fact more often than not, I refer to them by their real names rather than their stage names. For examples I always refer to Joshua of Seventeen as Jishoo, or Young K of Day6 as Brian, to name a few.

Oh, I meant by the same name meaning that some idols have the same name as each other for example SuJu Kim Kibum and Shinee Kim Kibum. Its time like those that I get confuse on their names when news articles decide to use their birth name without the stage name or group
