I ended up reading the raw...

Such a mix feeling I say... I don't think I like this at all but I also don't hate it enough. I see many people wanting to know the rest of the story, so I will write down a summary of the whole story here, just so that you can suffer this feeling of unsatisfactory with me (don't read if you don't want want to know.):

The twin Aiji was an omega, and Seiji was an alpha. When they were young, because of the heat, Seiji bit Aiji. Feeling responsible, he decided to become Aiji's pair and stayed with him. Ten years after Aiji picked up Towa for threesome--Towa was paying his ex's debt, then they made Towa their pet. They both were quite fond of Towa somehow, but things were spiralling down because Aiji was actually scared that Seiji would pair with someone he came to like one day and that he wouldn't be able to let go of him. He suspected/knew that Seiji was with him because of the guilt. Seiji got closer to Towa, he did indeed fell in love with Towa--even though they agreed that Towa should not make distinction between the twins. Towa, through out the story remained unbiased. Aiji with his distress over the whole 'obligation' thing of Seiji, he removed the collar from Towa and gave him a placebo tablet, so that Seiji would rape him because he wouldn't be able to resist the pheromone of an omega, he also tried to trick Towa to look only at Seiji--although Towa, being unbiased the whole time, managed to protect his nape anyhow and figured out Aiji's true feeling, then refused to accept Seiji's confession afterwards. Aiji went missing--he thought his plan worked out and was at the sea burning the photos of him and Seiji together, so dramatic... Towa then told Seiji that it couldn't possibly be just the feeling of obligation/duty and that he would go search for Aiji and Seiji could just stay at home and think about his true feeling. (lol I'm getting slightly tired of writing out this cliche plot...) Well he found Aiji anyhow and tried to persuade Aiji to return. Aiji was being kinda...emo...(too much of a drama queen for me), but Towa did get through him somehow, agreeing to be Aiji's pet forever if he wanted. Aiji was kinda tsun you see, so he just shoved Towa aside. Towa saw their half-burnt picture flying off the sea so he tried to catch it almost falling into the sea, Aiji tried to protect him by catching him but fell into the sea himself. Seiji then jumped into the sea to save him. They squabbled a bit and then told each other their true feelings--the whole obligation crap and fear and shit...mhm...(I sound more and more like I hate this story. I really don't. It's just not to my taste.) Seiji said even though it was indeed out of his sense of duty after the incident, but from the moment they were born he naturally loved Aiji, Aiji also agreed--they were important to each other, they were twins after all. They also agreed that Towa saved them from their mess. Seiji also told Aiji that he would make Towa his pair if Aiji was not there--basically he openly said it aloud to Aiji that he did fall in love, though Aiji already knew that, in retaliation (?) he kissed Towa when Towa brought them towels. From then on they no longer tried to look the same, they now lived the way they both wanted freely; Seiji dyed his hair and such. They both became open about loving Towa, Towa never chose until the end but thanked them for loving him. The last bit, they were stalking Towa to his part-time job and bickering about who was best in sex. First they were complaining that Towa was actually popular and ppl were flirting with him. Then Aiji said that Seiji should just bite Towa before some random alpha did, but then he warned that Seiji shouldn't misunderstand, it was only to repel other people, and also it wouldn't be different from what he did to him (actually my memory is getting hazy here, can't remember their exact convo lol), and that he was so much better than Seiji in sex that Towa would like him better naturally--I think he was saying he was gentler and better in sex...and something I don't remember, and that Seiji always just kept pounding like an idiot and it hurt, Seiji said that was only because they were in heat (when he did it with Aiji), implying that it was different with Towa, which led to them suggesting a match seeing who made Towa feel best. Yup, the end. Hmm...this is longer than I expected. (sorry if I accidentally mistyped sth, too lazy to check.)

It wasn't exactly just jealousy. He was plotting this because of the concept of obligation he agonised over yet at the same time he loved Seiji and didn't really want to be separated. He was just dramatic really. Seiji himself also said somewhere that Aiji was weird. Lol But Aiji also liked Towa. This guy was a mess honestly. Lol I don't like the story so much since it feels too tame.

I'm not a fan of the Omegaverse at all, but this story actually doesn't soubd too bad from your description. At least the omega is not in a completely miserable situation( debt notwithstanding).
Can't wait for the rest of the English releases.
