Yep. I was confused af at first too. XD It's explained in all the extra pages before an Omegaverse manga starts (some manga don't have them, but they are usually included for newbies to the genre.)

It's never been explained in the manga or the extra pages from what I've read, but since it's a pregnancy in 'that' place, I asume it's either a normal birth (which got to be super painful and...destryoing, back there) OR the baby is born via C-Section. I hope it's the later tho... ;u; *imagines the pain and curls up in a ball*

okay, how the hell can an alpha woman and alpha omega make babies??? I've thought about this before and this story just reminded me of it. I know how women have sex but does the baby mother only get the baby making fluids through... scissoring?
