I think since yukimura is new he placed the chopsticks facing him instead of the other way for the guest. So that's when ayukawa thought it was yukimura bc only a new employee would make that mistake.

I might be reading too much into this.
But I think Ayukawa has caught up with the fact that Yukimura is from a high class family.
There was this little scene where Ayukawa flipped the chopsticks upwards landing on top of the tissue. The placement of these things in the big room was by Yukimura.
I think since Yukimura grew up with the rich, they don't usually use chopsticks but spoons and forks. So he may have had the habit of leaving the tissue there (as a napkin) or it was for the placement of utensils (spoon and fork)
This is what I thought of because of how Ayukawa stared at it for some time.
But maybe I'm just overthinking lol
