Yeah and I don't really like people promoting the stereotype that "yaoi has a lot of rape so if you don't like don't read" sure there are some (it only works for me when it's in the right setting like stuff from psychological/Yaoi genre)
I think it makes a good story really shitty when they throw rape in a happy/comedic setting like this and brush it off as "love" (too soon to say that will happen but I mean..) and yep this happens in shojo too. That being said I still read it. It's a guilty pleasure of mine and there is nothing wrong if you read it too.

If you want "rape free yaoi." with this kind of story it's out there hun. Just keep looking.

I've mentioned before that I don't read a lot of yaoi that deal with rape and yes I know that not all yaoi are fluffy and have normal love and I said that bc it's a preference of mine I would like to have a yaoi that had a "normal" love and was all fluffy but I know that not all yaoi are like that and I shouldn't complain bc I choose to read it and yes I shouldn't have complained in my comment but I did and usually I choose not to complain bc it's not something that I like to do and even if I don't like a yaoi I always appreciate all the hard work that the creator and translation team are doing bc I know that I'm too lazy to ever do that so even if I don't like a yaoi I don't like to comment bad and sorry if my comment offended you and came off as a bad comment

I'd like to support you for your previous comments. It's kinda disappointing when you have found a promising plot and characters and then the author just 'fuck this, lets go with rape trope and happily ever after'. And it seems like all previous author's efforts was thrown into the window, because rape with happily ever after - one of the most cliche and stupid scenarios ever. Yep non-con is a guilty pleasure and common kink, but it is also a very hard job for author to make it hot, non-con and nice at the same time. In most cases it's just really stupid and not even kinky enough for PwP. And what's with bullshit 'not all yaoi are fluffy with normal love, just make your own manga', meh? Yaoi has a lot of great (I mean REALLY GREAT) works with non-con and psychological trope, with fluffy and warm relationships, and okey, with kinky and hot non-con. And it's perfectly okay to be disappointed and sad and even angry when you see that plot is going to twist into stupid cliche like it's the most normal thing ever. You shouldn't be a mangaka or writer to understand that story is selling itself cheap.
