Yes, there is a big age gap between the two, but Yoo Il (the younger man) is an adult when they start their relationship.
Ahjussi never made a move on him when he was young, and he didn't do anything until Yoo Il became 21. (unless I'm wrong, hopefully not lolol)
But, there isn't anything wrong with their relationship because they are both consenting adults. (Though, low-key they need to communicate more.)
