i think it's not a bug. the notifications does not have to be real time. my idea is, they wait at least half a day or one day to collect all the updating mangas that day/time together for a group notice update.
Update notification isn't real time. It's only once a day so you may feel it's late if you're always here.
I wanted to know if this problem happens to anyone but me. This is about new chapter notifications. Are they usually late for you? For me it usually takes days.
