I don't think he's a mangaka. I think he just writes novels, he doesn't draw. But yeah, I agree. I think if his book does well he start to feel happier and motivated with his work paying off.

I hope he doesn't quit being a mangaka. I know it's stressful, but I would hate seeing him working in an office.
