I'm just on Chapter 43 right now. I'm not sure what is happening in terms of any actual story, but I'm managing to guess and it's getting rather crazy. That's all I can say without posting spoilers.

If I'm not mistake kasan brother ask to change qais with kasan, and Igen agreed with it after that Igen safe kasan but there some people that kassan brother payed to assasinated all people at igen mansion. Kasan was involved with it and get shot by arrow but he regained consciousness after along time and his brother is dead and kasan lived with igen happily. Sorry about my sentences hope you can understand
