Not sure about that, the Seme still displayed his love and affection besides complementing the uke's nipples. If he fell In love with the Uke's nipples pretty sure the only time he'd want to be around the Uke Is when his lips are attached to the Uke's nipples. He went as far as telling the press conference that he loved the Uke. If he only liked him for his nipples he'd be a stupid Idiot for telling the conference he loves the Uke.
