Too early to say that... in investigating it takes time and pinning down murderers like Sangwoo would require evidence which is quite difficult considering the cops he is surrounded with.
Even if he's selfish like that, gotta admit, he would save so many lifes. So many somebody's child, somebody's Father/mother and somebody's siblings.
Sangwoo should be stopped, really ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I dont like this policeman... though he's hot af..... he's not investigating sangwhoo for justice.... propably for his own interest.
