Hello, I'm looking for a manga about another world. I remember one specific scene and no more... The main character comes to a guild in order to check out his level and get a membership.
There the thing that checks the level is a mirror. When he gets to it, the mirror is acting very strangely and later he is guided to the master of the guild. Seems like the master of the guild is chosen by level, and the main character is probably stronger and has a right to be the master. He refuses the position.
