Height-wise, Sungho is only 3.3 inches taller. However, Dohyun is one skinny dude and he got even skinnier doing the one rice ball diet a day in the warehouse. You can see it via their bust sizes (89 cm vs 109 cm). The difference is about 8 inches.
Is that in the extras, too? I hope someone translates them! Question, did Sungho really starve Dohyun? I know he threatened to in the chapter where he locked Dohyun in the warehouse briefly with the lights out, but was there another spot that mentioned he only gives Dohyun a riceball a day or something? I thought Dohyun has access to he fridge. But I felt like the last few chapters, Dohyun has been drawn with more prominent skinniness, he just seems skinnier and not sure if that's intentional or not.

Seriously though, the only time I saw Dohyun eating anything other than rice balls was in chapter 14 when a sandwich was shoved down his throat. His diet generally consisted of rice balls and rice balls. When the mofo went shopping to restock the fridge in chapter 31, he bought nothing but rice balls lol.
Eating rice balls alone would not provide enough nutrition. That plus the lack of sun and any physical exercise were detrimental to his health. He seemed to pass out a lot and at some point, developed a fever and got sick for a few days. I was just assuming that he lost some weight partly due to those mentioned reasons, partly because he looked skinnier than he was originally.
I may be assuming too much though.
